The objective of this short course is to develop the s understanding of product specific directives in relation to processed foods using a number of specific examples and to highlight issues in relation to the labelling requirements.

Entry Requirements

These courses are suitable for applicants with a degree in the areas of Food Science, Human Nutrition, Agricultural/Biological/Biomedical Sciences and/or for those who are currently working in the food sector.
