The Programme

The objective of this short course is to examine the way in which EU law on food safety is implemented at EU level. The impact of this on the application of the legislation at the level of the Member States, and on third countries exporting food, plants or animals to the EU will also be examined.

Entry Requirements

These courses are suitable for applicants with a degree in the areas of Food Science, Human Nutrition, A gricultural/Biological/Biomedical Sciences and/or for those who are currently working in the food sector.



Cost applicable for UK/EU applicants only. Applicants resident outside of UK/EU should contact for a quotation in relation to the cost of the course.
